Tim at one time referred to himself as a “publisher.” Drawing upon his experience in custom publishing and the ad agency business, his job description is much broader these days.

“I’ve learned to adapt and provide alternative methods of communicating to help clients build relationships with their customers and prospects,” Tim says. “Not long ago, print publications were one of the best ways to accomplish that. They can still play an important role, but now we examine other possibilities—including video, digital and electronic distribution.”

Tim started his career as an employee at Caterpillar Inc. in Peoria, and then became a sales rep for a Cat Dealer. He spent many years with various ad agencies, specializing in business-to-business and construction-related accounts.
